A contract in its simple form is "an agreement"
and many skills are required to
ensure the contract is unambiguous and valid.
Learning how to write a contract will help you greatly
in reading and understanding the contracts of others;
the mistakes, the danger areas, the meanings and the
implications, the words and the vocabulary, especially
those standard contractual phrases. Our trainers have
many years experience in writing contracts and this
experience they can use to help you read and write
contracts in English.

legally competent; this is a job for a lawyer, rather
